Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

To ensure the best service experience for all our clients, we kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for rescheduling or canceling appointments.

• Cancellation or Rescheduling: Appointments changed or canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee of 50% of the service total. This fee will be charged to the card on file, and future appointments cannot be scheduled until the fee is paid.

• Late Arrivals: Clients arriving late will be charged a $15 late fee, and their service time will be adjusted accordingly. If the delay prevents us from completing your service adequately, the appointment will be canceled, and a cancellation fee will apply.
